*The Peace of Mind Package is available only on certain BriteCap loan products and only in certain states. If purchased, the Peace of Mind Package features can only be used if a business is not otherwise in default under the terms of its existing loan agreement. For payment deferments, life event payment deferments, and late fee waivers, the Peace of Mind Package can only be used after a business has made at least twenty (20) consecutive payments for daily repay loans, or four (4) consecutive payments for weekly repay loans. For the death benefit feature, the Peace of Mind Package can only be used after a business has made at least forty (40) consecutive payments for daily repay loans, or at least eight (8) consecutive weekly payments for weekly repay loans, if the guarantor is under the age of 70, and will forgive a maximum of $50,000.
