Opened in 1984, La Bruschetta Ristorante was built on a foundation of quality and consistency. The owner, Angelo Peloni, described the key to his successful business is providing options. When Angelo first came to BriteCap, he was offering 80 labels on his wine list. With his business loan, he was able to increase his list to 200 labels.
Since his first interaction with BriteCap, Angelo has used additional funds to renovate and improve the ambiance of La Bruschetta Ristorante. Because of his changes, Angelo says that his customer base has grown by 20%.
